My approach combines mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Adlerian techniques, all tailored to your needs. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe and supportive environment where we can explore your emotions and work toward balance.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy expressing myself through music—playing instruments and singing are my creative outlets. I’m also an animal lover with two wonderful dogs who bring joy and warmth to my life.
